Unlike standard chlorine that requires constant monitoring, SmartChlor automatically adjusts its output to maintain a consistent low free chlorine level on demand — delivering crystal-clear water without daily testing or adjustments. Each cartridge lasts up to four weeks depending on hot tub usage and bather load, and flips the @ease floater when empty to signal replacement time. Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (lower 48). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Any other restrictions will be shown at checkout. We do not currently ship internationally. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery typically takes 4 to 6 business days after shipping, for a total of about 5 to 8 business days from your order date.

Returns: Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing support@nationalpoolsupply.com or calling +1 978-222-0628 with your order number and the reason for the return (include photos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect).
