We want it to be easy to check on your order from National Pool Supply, operated by DHB Enterprises LLC. Here is how to track your order from the time it ships to the time it arrives.

How to Track Your Order

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. This email includes your tracking number and a link to track your package. To track your order:

  • Open the shipping confirmation email we sent you and click the tracking link, or
  • Copy your tracking number from that email and enter it on the carrier's tracking page using the links below.

If you created an account at checkout, you can also sign in to your account on our website to view your order status and tracking information.

When Will I Receive My Tracking Number?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery typically takes 4 to 6 business days after your order ships. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy.

Haven't Received Your Tracking Information?

If it has been more than a couple of business days since you ordered and you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please:

  • Check your spam or junk folder for an email from National Pool Supply.
  • Confirm the email address on your order was entered correctly.
  • Contact us at support@nationalpoolsupply.com with your order number and we will look into it and resend your tracking details.
