National Pool Supply, operated by DHB Enterprises LLC, is an authorized reseller of the products we sell. We do not offer a separate warranty of our own on the products available through nationalpoolsupply.com.
Manufacturer Warranties
The products we sell are covered by the warranties provided by their respective manufacturers, where applicable. The terms, coverage, and duration of any warranty are set by the manufacturer and vary by product and brand. Any warranty claim, including questions about coverage, repairs, or replacements, must be handled directly with the manufacturer of the product.
We recommend keeping your order confirmation and any product packaging or documentation, as manufacturers typically require proof of purchase to process a warranty claim. Damaged or Defective on Arrival
If a product arrives damaged or defective, you do not need to go through the manufacturer. Items that arrive damaged or defective are covered by our return policy when reported within 30 days of delivery.
