Hayward HeatPro MCHX 140,000 BTU Heat-Only Pool Heat Pump W3HP21405T

The Hayward HeatPro MCHX is part of Hayward newest electric heat pump series, using industry-first microchannel coil technology to bring your pool to the perfect temperature efficiently. This 140,000 BTU model is heat-only, the largest heat-only unit in the MCHX lineup, built for in-ground pools. A patent-pending defrost algorithm improves heating capacity below 50 degrees Fahrenheit so you can extend your swim season into cooler weather. The microchannel coil brings real advantages over a traditional evaporator: a robust structure that resists fin damage during installation and outdoor impacts, a Trivalent Chromium Process (TCP) corrosion-resistant coating developed with the U.S. government for durability in harsh climates, up to 50 pounds less weight, an 85 percent reduction in braze joints for fewer potential leak points, and significantly less refrigerant for lower environmental impact. Add Omni automation for remote temperature control and intuitive scheduling.
