Hayward MaxFlo VS 500 Variable-Speed Pool Pump 1.65 HP W3SP2303VSP

The Hayward MaxFlo VS 500 is a true variable-speed pump that brings significant energy savings over a single-speed pump, and it is an easy drop-in upgrade for most medium-head pumps up to 1.65 total HP. A super-efficient, totally enclosed fan-cooled permanent-magnet motor drives it, with a Weighted Energy Factor of 10.7 at 115V and 10.2 at 230V, so the higher the number, the more you save. Dual-voltage capability keeps it running at optimal efficiency in a wide range of installations, and an extended-life Viton pump seal stands up better to chemical swings. The intuitive control pad rotates in four directions on the pump or removes for wall mounting, and the pump can run standalone or tie into any automation system. Its ENERGY STAR rating may even qualify you for local energy rebates.
