The Hayward Pro Series side-mount sand filter uses a precision-engineered umbrella-fold self-cleaning lateral system for efficient flow and evenly distributed water, giving totally balanced backwashing and long-lasting performance. Molded from durable, corrosion-proof material, it delivers dependable all-weather operation, and a large pressure sand and water drain makes winterizing and servicing fast. This side-mount configuration is well suited to in-ground installations, and a 1.5 inch VariFlo control valve is included.
