The FROG Serene Floating Sanitizing System is a complete hot tub sanitizing kit that combines FROG's patented sanitizing minerals with a low level of bromine to create Fresh Mineral Water that is clean, silky soft, and easy to maintain. The system includes a mineral cartridge that lasts four months, a bromine cartridge that lasts two to four weeks, FROG Test Strips for easy water balance monitoring, and FROG Jump Start startup shock to establish a bromine level when first setting up the system. The floater sits in the hot tub and continuously delivers minerals and bromine as water circulates through it. With FROG Serene, hot tub owners use up to 50 percent less bromine than traditional programs, resulting in water with far fewer odors and less wear on skin, swimsuits, and hot tub surfaces. Simply replace the bromine cartridge every two to four weeks and the mineral cartridge every four months.

Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (lower 48). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. Any other restrictions will be shown at checkout. We do not currently ship internationally. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery typically takes 4 to 6 business days after shipping, for a total of about 5 to 8 business days from your order date.

Returns: Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing support@nationalpoolsupply.com or calling +1 978-222-0628 with your order number and the reason for the return (include photos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect).
