FROG @Ease Test Strips are designed specifically for use with the FROG @ease Sanitizing System for hot tubs and swim spas. Standard test strips are calibrated for conventional chlorine or bromine levels and will give misleading readings in a FROG @ease system, where SmartChlor keeps free chlorine intentionally low. FROG @Ease Test Strips are calibrated for the SmartChlor range and measure Total Alkalinity, pH, and Total Hardness in addition to sanitizer level. Each bottle contains 30 strips, and FROG recommends testing at least once per week to ensure proper water balance and maximize SmartChlor cartridge life.
